Abstract:
The present work describes a rapid and sensitive stability indicating high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for simultaneous estimation of drotavarine hydrochloride andnimesulide. Drugs were subjected to acidic, alkaline, neutral hydrolysis, oxidation in peroxide thermal and photolytic stress degradation studies. Separation was achieved using Methanol: Phosphate buffer pH 6.0 in ratio of 65:35 v/v as mobile phase. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines.
