Colorectal lesions always been challenging as well as intriguing in their anatomical,surgical and post-surgical management related issues.they are heterogenous set of pathologies involving different age groups.our objective is to characterise colorectal lesions by mdct and differentiating benign and malignant colorectal lesions by histopathological comparison
