Abstract: 

In this Paper, M/M/c/K queueing model with loss and delay, no passing finite capacity c-sever discouraged arrivals, retention of reneged customers and controllable arrival rates is considered. The steady state probabilities of system size are derived explicitly. The effect of the probability of customer’s retention on the expected system size has been studied. The analytical results are numerically illustrated and relevant conclusions are presented
