Abstract: 

Lymphoid malignancies are defining manifestations in HIV infection (usually stage 3 – AIDS).The risk of lymphoma in HIV patients is 0.8% per year. Here we report a case of a diagnosed HIV patient on ART (Tenofovir, Lamivudine, Efavirenz), presented with upper right quadrant pain abdomen, jaundice and generalised weakness for 1 month. He had SOLs in liver and pancreas and on FNAC and histopathology of SOL showing features of non-hodgkins lymphoma (NHL) which was positive for CD20.
