Abstract: 

The eye is a vital organ, not only in terms of vision but also being an important component of facial expression. Loss of the eye due to any reason (congenital, trauma) poses crippling effect on psychology of the patient. Treatment of such cases includes implants and acrylic eye prosthesis, Due to economic factors implant may not be advisable in all patients. This case report outline a method of rehabilitation of ocular defect using acrylic eye ball implant to prevent collapse of eye socket and custom made scleral prosthesis to improve patient aesthetics, restore health of remaining structures and consequently provide physical and psychological well being.
