Abstract: 

Drug enslavement is a conglomerate chronic disease which often relapsing brain disease that causes compulsive drug seeking and its use even though harmful consequences to the drug addiction. A few of persistent phenomenon abuse among youth is often consorted by an array of problems, including health related consequences, mental health concerns and including academic difficulties which have involvement of youth and children’s. Since last decade, the high rate of illicit drug use among the adolescence has been steadily increasing. The protrude between the eccentric substances use and the adolescence offending itself an illegal behavior and crime. The adolescence adoption of illicit substances does not require any intervention and the rate of the use of these substances are significantly increasing higher in urban areas. Rate of substances and their use disorder range from 25-50% depending on the areas from where the criminal process and the teen is assessed. This study was carried out to understand the convention of eccentric use by slums in an urban area and their rapidly increasing rate which has their involvement in the illegal activities.
