The aims of this research was to review and analyze Parking governance in Kendari. There were several things that were focus of this research. The planning of parking governance in the city of Kendari had been carried out as a whole and in a very good category where the measuring indicators include: the goal setting process, the formulation of conditions, the identification of facilities and obstacles and the implementation of development plans. The direction of parking governance in Kendari had been carried out and in a good category where the measuring indicator were coordination, motivation, communication and orders. The achievement of the objectives of parking governance in Kendari had been carried out and in good categories which measure indicators were the use of organizational resources and standard operational procedures. The existing supervision on parking governance in Kendari had been carried out and in good category where the measuring indicators were internal and external, preventive and repressive, and active and passive supervision.
