A 40-year-old female (SK) reporteda complaint of obesity, acidity, and depression. She intended to reduce weight without any medicine intake or any crash diet. After going through the client's history, an integrated approach was developed, which includes Dietmodification, Yoga,andDhauti (Tripple Driver Approach (TDA)) prescribed accordingly. Its impact on reducing weight was studied.

Abstract: Splenunculus or splenunculi are congenital small asymptomatic benign nodules on spleen, present as splenic tissue mass but separated by main spleen. They are formed as a result of failure of fusion of the primordial splenic buds in the dorsal mesogastrium during the 5th week of foetal life. Splenunculi are generally asymptomatic. Rarely they can be a cause of left upper abdominal pain. The study was to evaluate the incidence and characteristics of splenunculi in patients undergoing Computerised tomography of the abdomen in Kashmir division of Jammu and Kashmir.

Background: Bronchiectasis is a chronic lung disease characterized by persistent and lifelong widening of the bronchial airways and weakening of the function mucociliary transport mechanism owing to repeated infection contributing to bacterial invasion and mucus pooling throughout the bronchial tree. Pulmonary hypertension, as a complication of bronchiectasis, is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Objectives: to assess the frequency and clinical characteristic of pulmonary hypertension in patients with bronchiectasis.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to perform an observational study on endometriosis, its management and associated infertility. Method: It was a hospital- based retrospective observational study conducted for 6 months. Patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria the data was collected from patient data sheets, and by interviewing them were included in the study. Result: Among 84 female patients suffering from endometriosis. The most affected age group was between 27 to 35 years.
