Cystadenolymphoma is the second most frequent benign tumor of the parotid gland representing 6 to 10% of all tumors of the salivary glands. Multicentricity is more common in warthims tumor, however bilateral warthims tumors are much less common. Warthims tumor is very rare in the submandibular glands.
