“Man – Woman Encounter” As Projected In The Kamala Das’s Padmavali The Harlot And Other Stories: A Brief Appraisal

Kamala Das, a prominent Indian short story writer who looms over a poetic horizon of modern India lays focus on lives of women subordinated in the patriarchal society and her prime concern is human relationship particularly the man – woman relationship.
