The purpose of this research is to develop online learning model to improve student's learning achievement in information design and intruktural communication technology. In the education of Islamic elementary school teachers (PGMI) State Islamic College (IAIN) Metro. This research uses development research (R & D). The method designed by dick and strict and unstructured development model (MPI). The material of the e-learning model has been validated by experts, they are self-employed, intrastic design experts, and media experts. This is tested through the same steps, one to one evolution test, small group evalution test and field test. The online learning model applies the conventional intructional by using online learning. The results show that the average student score increases. So the development of online learning model of learning planning course in the islamic elementary school teacher education (PGMI) can improve student's learning achievement.
