Money has power in human life, including politics. Money used the legislative candidates, and regional head candidates as a political marketing to get the voters in legislative elections and local elections. This paper explores the view of religious leaders of Islam in Ambon city on the grant and money politics in the legislative elections and local elections. The aid need to distinguish between the grant and money politics. The view religious leaders of Islamic in Ambon city, that grant is the aid money/material from legislative candidate or candidates for the regional head/deputy regional head of the given long before the moment of general elections and local elections, both as a member of the council or the regional head/deputy regional head; or given during the general elections and local elections, secretly to social interests of Muslims only and not to be chosen in general elections or local elections. The statute may be accepted, either individually or religious leaders of Islam for social purposes. Whereas, money politics in the general elections, and local elections, is the material support from of the candidates, which is intended to be selected by the public.
