Abstract:
The present study is carried out to discuss the aims of TQM, basic factors influencing and benefit of implementing TQM in construction industry. In the recent literature much has been written about what constitute the basic ingredients or philosophical pillars of TQM the number and priority of the element vary from one aother to another and their importance might vary from one organization to another
