The attitudes of the banking sector, which plays an important and active role in the changing and developing financial system, against the economic crises that may arise at any time, and the extent to which their financial structures support these attitudes, can be explained by dashboards. The present study investigated the continuation of the positive effects of the post-2001 crisis regulations on the financial structure of the Turkish banking sector and the risks to the banking sector and the effects of the 2008 financial crisis on the banking sector. In order to see the developments in the period of 2008-2017 in particular, it is aimed to make a comparison by taking into consideration the banking sector data and reports published in the official websites of the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) and BAT (Banks Association of Turkey). A conclusion has been tried to be reached on whether the banking sector poses a risk to the financial system in the event of a crisis.
