This study aims to determine the pattern of waste management issues and performance quality of the implementation of waste management in Pematangsiantar. In addition, studied the behavior of people and looking for sustainable waste management model in Pematangsiantar. These studies underlie the recommendation model of sustainable environmental management. Sample selection is done with snowballing, waste management phenomena studied by means of in-depth study. Processing waste incinerator known as much as 80% of respondents strongly agree and submit to the government policy.
