Legacy plays a central role in family businesses, it helps in shaping work culture and guides a long-term vision. It is not confined to history but it is an incremental addition of value through actions of the family members who lead the family business. Legacy influences succession planning, leadership transitions, and it ensures the continuity of family values across generations. This paper explores how legacy is created, maintained and passes on within family businesses through practice.

Environmental, economic and political pressures have driven the interest towards the search of sustainable feedstock for bio fuel production. At present, macroalgae (green, brown and red macro algae) is getting growing consideration as an alternative resource for sustainable biomass to produce bio fuels, biochemical and food. The unique chemical composition and wide variation in the availability create various opportunities and also challenges for bio-based energy production.

All plants need the right amount of light, water, nutrients, and space in order to survive. Seed plants also need to be pollinated and produce seeds. The seeds must germinate at the right time in a place that will supply all their needs. More and more food is needed all over the world in order to meet rapidly growing population demands, while the modern agriculture on increasing output has already reached its limit. It is badly in need to cultivate new crop varieties for increase the yield and resistant to environmental stress and insects.

The aim of this study was to examine whether fantasy should be categorized as a cognitive or affective factor in empathy measurement. The categorization is not uniform in the literature, so that an empirical test using a representative sample can provide clarity. Our sample consisted of 10,303 subjects aged between 10 and 88 years. This work reports, the crystalline Ag doped cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) spinel oxide powder was synthesized by nitrate–citrate sol–gel auto-combustion process. The study was focused on effect of Ag dopedCoFe2O4 on the Physico-Chemical characterization and electrical properties. Unani physicians try to relate psoriasis with their sign symptoms and describe it in their books with different names such as; Qoobamutaqashhira, Taqashshurjild, Talaq, Qashaf e jild.

The present study is based on the evolution of the physico-chemical and microbiological quality of surface and groundwater used for the daily needs of populations in the northern part of the Brazzaville region. The physico-chemical study of groundwater and surface water revealed that these waters are soft, weakly mineralized and that the alkalinity of these waters would be essentially dominated by bicarbonate ions (HCO3-).

Herbs contain a wide range of bioactive compounds, including alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, and essential oils, which contribute to their medicinal properties. These compounds can exhibit anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and analgesic effects, among others.
